Starting in Version 3.0.0 of Dash Enterprise, you can restrict
who is able to view your app from the app’s management page.
This will also restrict who will be able to see it in the
Dash App Portal.

Find a list of links to these pages for your apps at
https://<your-dash-enterprise>.com/Manager/apps. Contact support
if you have any questions about privacy in previous versions of Dash Enterprise.

Dash Enterprise Apps List

From the settings tab of your app’s management page, scroll down
to App Privacy to change the privacy settings of your app. If you choose
the Restricted setting, an input will appear where you need to
add a list of usernames of users that you would like to be able to view
the app. Additionally, if LDAP is enabled, you can also add entire LDAP groups.
